Under the Sea Classroom Decor and More...


An Under the Sea classroom theme is O'fishally the most fun for diving into learning. Use lots of blues as your base color and add lots of ocean creature accents like fish, netting, diving gear, etc. Scroll down to the bottom to see Ocean themed printables.

A beach background bulletin board backdrop (#ad) was used to make this awesome display in a fourth grade classroom.


I love that the sea plants in this picture are three dimensional. The paper is either rolled or twisted. Different shades of blue Kraft paper (#ad) was used for the background.

Red, blue and silver bulletin boarder trims in this ocean themed bulletin board. The silver border trim (#ad) reminds me of fish scales.

Tip: You can use colorful turtle shaped notepads (#ad) like this for making labels and bulletin board cut-outs. Just laminate then write on them.

Check out this ocean themed book shelf for a classroom library. This is a beautiful bookshelf created without any sharp edges so that kids do not hurt themselves by accident. Beauty and safety comes together with this design.

 
The round table in this ocean classroom is covered with an under the sea themed fitted table cover. The teacher also added a beach umbrella and jellyfish lanterns to her classroom decor.

This classroom has a different type of jellyfish lantern.
