Books About Overcoming Anxiety for Children: For students who worry about everything and have trouble sleeping, they they be suffering from anxiety. Many adults go through this but even children can develop it and it usually starts with the excessive worry. Anxiety, if left unchecked can lead to depression among other things. Below are a few picture books that speak to young children (elementary ages) about the symptoms of anxiety and what they can do to change their own thinking and behavior.
